The best rakeback I have seen is world poker exchange.
It used to be 100% rakeback but I think its only 75-80% now.
The site is pretty crap. They tables are fairly quiet. Its difficult not to be ahead at the end of the week with your rakeback returned at the end of the week.
It has been over a year since I last played so I dont know if much has changed.
Im not even sure if they accept US players. Its worth a try if you can play there. The site was a little too quiet for me
