In need of a moderator

I need a moderator or someone of that nature to help me settle a dispute with a fellow PAPer. There seems to be some disagreement between us and he is refusing to pay the remainder of money owed to me.

I don't want to blast him here because I do hope this can be resolved amicably.

I'm involved with this and to say the least I'm very pissed off! I have purchased many sites and links from PAW and PAP and never had a problem until now.

As I'm tired and getting worked up and do not want to start a slagging match I'm going to log off until tomorrow when I hope this can be sorted.

Are you looking for a jury or something from us?
I think you and this " other person " need to work it out yourself.
If you get more ppl involved you will just piss each other off more or the person who dares to help
