If your government considers online poker rooms to be illegal, and you are sharing in profits from their operations, that is illegal. Doesn't matter what payment plan you choose, or how much you pay a lawyer to tell you otherwise.

You dont understand there player base. Most of these users will never signup to a poker site without rakeback. The ammount of rake generated by the players of the two plus two community has to atleast be in the double figures of total poker rake played worldwide. And im sure sklanksy doesnt have 1/100th of there player base signed up under them.

Just huge waste of a massive community.
It seems you are unaware that rakeback sites make far less money than non-rakeback sites. None of the largest, most profitable poker affiliate sites are rakeback sites as their primary emphasis. And then more to the point, rakeback isn't even allowed on the largest sites, with the greatest retention, where the most money can be made. Aside from the horrible idea of someone widely known in nevada offering rakeback, making 2+2 a rakeback focused site would just be a hatred of money thing. You don't throw away millions to make thousands on something that is a very small niche in this business.

Offering rakeback is obviously illegal in the United States because every state requires a resident to have a gambling license to particpate in any gambling enterprise. Thus MGR is always illegal, and rakeback is even more so if you make payments yourself to a player.

There's another credible source. Next thing you know Gambling 911 will cover it.

Actually Bill rinni, Ace Mag in denmark,slowyourroll.com, and couple others did stories. But it was mention in a ton of strategy forums.

Default Please give my site link credit if you get the story from me.

I was nice to Ridge who seems to argue with me at every chance he gets. I was merely asking for credit from his site after he used my story that I broke about Two plus Two. Below is the message that I gave to him and his response. All I ask is that if I break a story, my content is not stolen. The story was not broke on TWO Plus TWO, because they were hiding it. The other places gave me link credit or stole the story. I have the contact at Two Plus Two who gave me the screenshots of the mod forum. So I kindly ask Ridge and Kaus to give my site credit or remove the content from their sites.

Thank you for your kind professional response. Yes, I was originator of the story and it was emailed directly to me. I will contact Kaus and the other members, thanks for informing me.

Long story short, kiss my ass and don't contact me again..

Take care,

You are still a dumbass and everyone knows it.. I didn't steal anything, look at the story in my forum, most everyone had already heard about it and I didn't use your article and when you posted here it was NOT new.. lol

This is exactly why you are a failure as an affiliate and probably other aspects of your life, you are wasting time of meaningless activities. Get a life man.

Quit contacting me!

Default Thanks Ridge

Thank Ridge for your professional affiliate response. I don't really think I'm a failure in the poker business. The story was broke by me, the emails for the story were sent to me by my source, and I was the first to post. I worked for over 12 hours to break the story and would like you to give credit to my site. I'm not going to get into one of your battles. I merely want credit to my site for the story. I don't care about your personal opinions about me. This is not the place for it. I don't care what site you saw it on, story was broke by me and deserves link.
