Opinions on development of Casinodeposit.org

I currently own the domain casinodeposit dot org. I am considering developing the domain but lack advanced web development skills.

Is the domain worth developing? Would it be worth the investment to put time into working on this site? Would you develop it as a community or a information based website?

I am looking for any opinions or suggestions what I should do with the domain. Sell, develop, hire a web designer..... and so on.
