I got this offer from PokerSourceonline.com... I would hope this doesnt affect players already tracked to another affiliate. If it is players attached to them, then I dont see a problem.

I got the one from PSO as well, and fwiw they are offering "on behalf" of ThisIsTheNuts (same company).

That email did say any players already tagged to an affiliate were ineligible, but I also got the one Ridge got that didn't mention it.

No, mine didn't mention that at all, which is why it bothers me. I know several people that are trying this out, most of them are tagged to an affiliate or myself. So, I'll let you know what they do..

The chances of anyone getting cheated at these sites now or at any time is statistically insignificant. You are more likely to get colluded against at one of the major sites (which Im sure you do promote) than you are to come across a superuser at UB/AP.

There's a huge difference between collusion or bots and the owners/managers of a site stealing over $100 million from their high stakes players!

The issue of this thread is the possible "poaching" issue. Let's try and keep it on track. We already have several threads on AP and UB..

I think the issue is the stealing and how unethical it is sending high stakes players to sites that have cheated players in the past.

Unless i read it wrong?

Obv the poaching is an issue, but that isn't the individual rakeback sites fault, that's AP/UB's decision, they should be criticised for authorising it.

If that is the issue, honestly what is the difference than PAP having chipleader as an approved program?

To me the issue is not just with AP and UB, but Rakeback affiliates trying to possibly poach players with these emails. Yeah, I can see where AP and UB stirred this thread up but overall I have an issue with these tactics.. Just my opinion though..

I just don;t think we want to derail this thread ragging on AP and UB again.. We all know they suck, we all knwo they are crooks. Annie Duke an airhead, etc
