I usually spend at least 3-4 hours a day 7 days a week working on one site or another. I work a full time job that allows me some spare time to deal with issues, players support, etc. I recently hired someone to help me full time do that has really helped me out more than anything.

I work M-F and usually always take the weekends off. My hours vary, however I am starting a new schedule this week to get things more organized. When I leave the office, I like to leave everything work related there until the next day. I try not to bring my "job" home with me.

So do you actually rent an office?

I turned a spare room in my home into a nice office but have recently been considering investing in an "actual" office with the thought that my work time could be more focused.

Started renting an office 'downtown' about 5 months ago... and have seen my both my productivity and my general mindset improve since.

Work at least 8 hours M-F in the office, usually starting around 10am, with occasional evenings / weekends thrown in dependant on current projects.... made myself a 'no poker' rule for the office which really helps with productivity!

Cheers, Mark

Some weeks I work 3 hours and other weeks I literally work 110 hours. It all depends on what needs done. This month I've not been working too much, but next month I'll be launching a few sites and will probably put in 80 hour weeks minimum.

I'm just launched my first online poker affiliate website, and I also write content for other people, so every day is a business day for me.

I do have other businesses in the affiliate marketing field that help me pay the bills. I do have many great projects in mind but they require a lot of work.

When I still had a corporate job, I used to work/affiliate any spare minute, no matter what day of the week. When I watched TV, I watched with one eye, so I could use the other eye for my laptop. I actually developed a strategy to listen and answer to my girlfriend in between

Now a days, I have a more balanced live. I work from 8AM until 6PM, go to the gym now and then, but still do work at nights when my son is sleeping and my girlfriend is out or has a meeting at work.

In the beginning I used to skip basketball practice at least 1 out of 2 times a week for work, these days it's the other way around. Pleasure has a bigger importance again. In general, once a week we also visit the local basketball team for a live game.

During the weekends I spent as much time with my family as I can. Occasionally I work a whole day on Saturday or Sunday, but only when something needs to be finished.

Being a full time affiliate is absolutely wonderful, but you might have to sacrifice to become one. In the end... it's definitely worth it, because nothing beats freedom. Just the other week, our son turned 3. I skipped a working day to take him and my girlfriend to a family park and didn't have to ask permission to anyone

Cheers,

Giorgio
