Yes I do. I've been renting one for about a year and a half now. There were just too many distractions trying to do all the work at home (and not near as much would get done). I can come here and do nothing but work (as long as I don't start browsing the Internet...).

I would highly recommend it, and I think you would find that your work time would be more focused as well.

M-F 8:30am - 6:00pm most days. It's def a full time job. Some days I leave early and some I leave late, depending on the demands of the day.

I work out of my second home, which I also rent to a friend of mine. The bonus room is an office. It's nice getting out of the house to go to work, but not really having to be in an office or pay rent on something that I don't own.
