Cardspike payments

Is there any new news on October aaffiliate payments from Cardspike? I know there's been a shakeup there.

Warren and I had a conference call with the owners and software provider (Cake Poker) and it looks like a resolution is at hand. There will also be an announcement about a new affiliate manger heading up the Card Spike team so things are definitily looking up. I know everyone is sick of hearing everyone will be paid soon but this time it's for real. I will post as soon as I have more news.

Hate to bump this, but it's the holidays, I have a big family, and I need the money.. Any news?? It's almost been 3 months w/o payments.

Ridge, the program hasn't been live for 3 months. The reporting is being audited as we speak and all accounts will be updated to reflect true amounts owed, and once this has been accomplished, your payment will be paid to your players account for October and September activity. I would suspect that you are actually owed less than what the back-end currently shows purely because it is calculating off the wrong columns, which is what we're trying to currently get resolved.

We are not going anywhere and the program will be in good hands from here onwards. If anyone else has issues, please feel free to PM me at anytime. I am handling all of our media buying here at CardSpike, but will respond to any queries until a new Affiliate Manager is secured.

I've been promoting CS since September, it is now the end of November. Maybe you could show a little courtesy to the people that have pushed Cardspike and not snap off on some forum. Let me help you understand:

Sept - No Payments
Oct. - no Payments
Nov. - guy comes on and says he don't owe me what my account says?

The fact remains that we have NEVER been paid by your company and I have been patient. Now you come on here and say "we don't owe you as much as our software says we owe you"

Hell of a way to introduce yourself Peter. Do you have any idea when we might actually get paid w/e you think we deserve now? Also, do you plan on providing proof that I'm not owed what YOUR backend says I'm owed?

Ridge, I apologise if you feel I'm snapping off. I am simply trying to explain that the back-end is over reporting for certain non-CPA accounts.

Payments are going to be issued next week, hopefully early part. I will update the Cardspike forum as soon as I can confirm.

I just noticed this in the CardSpike T&C:
"All commissions shall be paid to you on a monthly basis, within approximately 30 days following the end of each month."

I think the industry standard is 15 days, but the word approximately scares me. It could be 20 days or it could be 40 days?

Hopefully the backend will be fixed soon, so it displays correct stats.

Do you guys have any clue how far behind the 8 ball you are right now with the affiliate community?

You all had better get pretty damn creative and get everyone paid, then come up with some SERIOUS incentives to get us all back. Do you really think given the choices that we have nowadays that we're going to continue to push CS because you're "sorry" and the "new blood" over there is going to make it all better?
