Meta Tags

Ok, Im an idiot when it comes to seo optimization. Im learning slowly. I made some meta tags for my site but they look nothing likes this. My are just title, description, and keyword. Here are some from a forum members site. What does all the robot and googlebot stuff mean

Here is what I use:

Title, description, keyword (and language and character set is you want) are all you need. The rest is just code bloat that the bots pay no attention to.
