I was more responding to PPP. I just get tired of hearing all of this nonsense about Party doesn't want rakeback when I know of huge affiliates that have been doing it all along. Even during the dead period. One guy (PSO) gets tackled so the rest can run with the ball.

Greetings
Ok, the thing why i think this is negative is they way partypoker.com
backstabbed its skin poker rooms. I know agreements are agreements, but this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. I would not trust partypoker as an affiliate
and never will. Call me paranoid if you wish, but if party does that to its skins,
then what could they do to you as an affiliate. They could stop paying MGR or
something else like that. What this move demonstrates is how business is handled
in party. I pity all the rakeback affiliates and those that think that this was a good
move, since they don't see the whole picture. In short term this could be good for
some affiliates, but beware! Don't think that this is attack against party poker
cause its not that, its my own opinion, and many disagree with it.

Jeremy....
Would really like to know your opinion on this. I would think your a pretty good size affiliate of PP and know quite a few people there. The guys at 2 +2 are spouting 25 % will be available to all inactive accounts (60 days) and new players by Monday or Tuesday.
What is your take on all of this.........

beanie, rumors are just blowing smoke. You don't promote Party. Party hates rakeback and says so, even if a fairly large volume source like PSO did provide a good chunk of players.
Calling terms and conditions idiotic is a poor idea. Violating the terms and conditions based on "oh other people are doing it" is just plain dumb. People who do that will whine and cry when they get their accounts closed, but too freaking bad.
The hustling, back room, cheating, spamming mentality still exists of course, but those days are going fast when talking about the biggest cardrooms. (Small cardrooms willing to do anything for an edge is a different story.)

What I am pointing out is the same thing Godfather is, don't tell me something and do something else. After yesterday I am sure there really aren't many bigger affiliates than I am. Why don't I promote Party, its the biggest card room? Right now affiliates are flocking to Party, pretty much rewarding party for being disloyal.
Also, all the people you got stolen from you from Empire and Eurobet, Party Poker is supposedly allowing those people to remain underneath the people who stole them from you. Nice Partner.
Its not that terms and agreements are a joke, terms and agreements are important. It is the blatant disregard for those terms and agreements that I have a problem with and its not the affiliates that are starting this, it is Party Poker. They have gotten on the phone and called the people who stole your customers from you and made a power play backstabbing their partners.
So once again I say, if a contract or agreement is in place and the entity that is involved ignores said agreements, what is the value of their word?

Just curious who your source is? You have not said one thing on this thread that is known to be fact. Everything you say is "supposedly." For a guy who does not promote Party, you seem to know a lot about them.

IMO Party is NOT to be trusted. If they stab their own skins in the back then they def would do the same to all affiliates. I am going to make a huge push for Full Tilt Poker I think. They offer rake back (which will get all of the Empire folks interested) They are getting so much better and would never betray partners the way PP has. I say we all boycott Party Poker!

I hope everyone boycotts them. It will make things easier for me to send them new players. Maybe the skins were backstabbing Party and not the reverse. Just a thought.

It definitely could have been the other way around, but it seems to be in PP's best interest, not Empire's.
