Email from raketracker.com

Hi Everyone,

Most of you are aware that party poker has separated its skins from its tables. This means there are two networks of tables now, Party Poker tables, and a set of skins tables (Empire, Eurobet, Intertops, MultiPoker). This has caused some chaos as players are scrambling to signup Party Poker accounts. We have been in talks with Party to establish a program that is authorized by them. There are several offers floating about now that affiliates have rushed to get.

We have plans in the works to be offering Party Poker shortly to provide the most secure long standing rakeback option. At worst under our approach you will wait a few days to signup, but the signup will be safe and endorsed by Party. By rushing, we would enter into a shaky agreement with a site that clearly does not like traditional rakeback. In our opinion, the few extra days for confirmation are well worth it. In line with our longstanding trustworthy reputation with our users, please be assured we will make things as easy, secure and sensible as possible for everyone involved.

Thank You,

Chris and Ryan

Interesting email, if Chris an Ryan are full of it they are in jeopardy of losing their affiliate accounts by sending this out.

Make no mistake that Party execs. read this board, especially with all the chaos going on right now.

Do they ever make official comments here?

On the other affiliate board (which I will not mention by name), they used to comment. But now they have disappeared.

Given how Party has given its biggest affiliate, Empire, the shaft, I'm surprised they haven't started a full throtle PR campaign to mend its relationship with affiliates.

There are more threads about this in the affiliats/rakeback section over at 2+2. So many posts that I wasn't able to get through all of them.

I would think that the info posted here by PPP regarding his discussion with Vikrant at Party is probably the most accurate info about Party's rakeback stance.

One very important thing to keep in mind regarding why Party aff. managers or Party Representatives have been very quiet over the last few months is that they just floated on the London stock exchange.

It is no different in the states than it is in London. When an organization goes public, they have to be extremely (the word extremely is actually and understatement) careful about what they say on a public forum like this or any other forum.

I know in the states there is usually a gag order for a few months where executives or representatives for the company about to go public are not allowed to speak to the public for legal reasons. I imagine Party Gaming took this same stance regarding affiliate managers coming on public message boards and giving any information, even after the IPO.

Almost every affiliate manager of every major program visits this board, likewise all the boards. Make no mistake of that. However if you need information at this point you will need to go directly through your aff. manager and not a message board. I'm sure these guys hate the fact that they can't contribute and in many cases defend their program..............but unfortunately that is business and with all the changes taking place at PartyGaming right now, if I were a shareholder I would think that would be in their best interest.

Just my 2 cents. If you are in desperate need of personally getting a hold of someone there PM me. I will help you.
