I have some problems with getting my players tracked by Ladbrokes. I know for a fact that I have players signed in through my site and deposited.

I have had lot's of e-mail communication with them in Juli and they promised to look into the matter and get back to me. But I haven't heard from them since August. I've e-mailed them 1-2 times a month but no answers.

Anyone else with the same experience? Any ideas?

I don't know, but I'm also interested since I put up a Ladbrokes-banner just today.

Don't hold your breath. My first communication with them took them 5 months to reply to me. The next (asking them why it took so long) took them a month to respond. Accordingly, I haven't been in a hurry to put them on my site. In all fairness, I believe that they went through some personnel changes in the affiliate department, so the lucky "new guy" is probably buried in emails.

My experience has been terrible. In fact, the only reason I'm still promoting them on 1 page of my site is because the review that was written was excellent.... apart from that, they aren't worth promoting, I've received a poor amount of conversions.
