Richard,

thanks for responding, I honestly thought this was a good deal for all of us. New real money accounts for party, seed money for the new players, and $25 per player for me. win win win all the way around. I never thought in a million years that the players I referred would stop playing. They are all real money players at pokerroom so I figured I was safe in assuming that. Boy was I wrong. any Ideas on how I can get paid?
Randy,

I think you are screwed man. The only thing you can do is ask them to change your trackers to % of MGR and collect on that.

Offering free money is VERY hard to do, and it takes a lot more work than you'd think...

Yeah dude, you're f'ed. It is disturbing that PP routinely enforces a rule that is not in their affiliate agreement, referring to a minimum rake generated for an affiliate to get paid CPA, but if they hold true to their history, I don't see you getting paid. If I was PP, I wouldn't pay you either. It just looks like an attempt at recruiting fraudulent players.

BTW- have you signed up any more players since then? If this looked like a one time shot, this would give PP even more reason to not pay you.

As I have told Party, I have plenty more people to refer to them. I just want to see them pay me before I do. There was no attempt on my part of any fraud what so ever. I did what they wanted. I got them real money accounts to their site.
