Sales Letter critique

If anyone would like to give some honest feedback on one of my sites I'd certainly appreciate it... especially some of you e-book selling guru's. What do you think of the sales letter on the front page? If you were looking to learn how to deal, would you be comfortable paying $197 after reading this page?

Right now, we try to sell them on the first page... We also have a very long sales letter on a second page... Stats are showing that a lot of people are clicking to that page (no idea how much of it they are reading).

I'm not an e-book guru, but in the last part of the ad it says "price will go up in the near term future" I feel needs to be touched up.

I would say, Limited Time Offer. Price will be raised up to retail price of $297 very soon. Must act now!

Otherwise, everything looks great.
