Nice one Jeremy!

The funny thing is, this poker blogger is probably getting more traffic today than ever due to his conflict with Boogalou_007. And Jeremy's comment is probably the only original content that guy has on his website.

thought about getting him kicked outta' adsense either by reporting his site (gambling, stolen content) or perpetrating click fraud on him. decided against the latter, still considering the former.

If he's stolen your content, you should make him take it down. First there is the general principle. Second, the cesspool of a site will likely have other stolen content and get penalized by search engines, which may hurt your site if a page has the same content on his domain as yours. Third, the blog will likely get deleted fairly soon if the scum continues like he is. Fourth, duplicate content is never a good thing.

Or he could be just some random dude that is not trying to make any money off his site ( I did not see any affiliate links etc..) and was indeed just posting some articles to help his readers become better poker players.

If so, we should cut they guy a little slack......

On the other hand, my competion stealing content would send me thru the roof.

Affiliate links on the column on the right side. It's messed up in IE and ends up at the bottom of the page. Then there are Adsense link units under his crappy looking poker deluxe header.

In other words, he is trying to profit.
