Well, you should feature some poker site prominently. Right now the main banner ad people see is Stacks. Isn't that site in beta?
Also, this is the first text people see when they go to your site:
Quote:
poker tournament strategy, poker betting strategy, texas holdem poker strategy

That looks like crap. I'm not going to comment on SEO practices because everybody has to decide what they want to do. But if you are going to do keyword stuffing and expect traffic to stick around your site.. then you have to make it look better.
On the side menu, light orange text doesn't look good on a dark grey background. It isn't easy to read. Yes, people can read it, but they have to strain, and I bet most people aren't going to stick around.
I click on Poker News, and the ads on the right side are Adbrite. Why the heck are you sending people to Adbrite when you should be sending them to the poker sites through your affiliate links?
On the Poker Reviews page, you took the time to write reviews or get reviews for all of the poker sites. But if someone clicks on the banner, and not on the small text link below that, they just go through your affiliate link, and they might feel duped. Make it easier for people to browse the reviews, they'll visit the site if they like your review.
I only clicked on one of the site reviews, the one for Paradise Poker. You have 10 affiliate links in the review. People are going to try to read the review. You don't need to put an affiliate link before a paragraph, at the beginning of the paragraph, in the middle of the paragraph and at the end of the paragraph. Put a link at the beginning, maybe a banner in the middle of the review, and then a link at the end. Use some spacing so that the text isn't pressed all the way up to the left side.
At the top of the partners page, you have another Adbrite block. Where are the poker site banners? You need to have those. Screw Adbrite.
Also, it looks like your niche is tournaments, so you are probably getting lots of visitors who are just trying to find out when some tournaments are going to be, and they aren't interested in signing up through your links.
Also, I'd remove the disclaimer at the end. It's just not necessary to tell people that your site is not responsible if they lose money, etc. If anything, that might just scare a few possible signups away since they think the site might be not be completely legit.
I'm done, but before I end this post, I'll just remind you about the keyword stuffing. You need to do a better job of it if you are going to do it at all, especially since you actually want people to 'like' your site and return. On Poker Strategy, you have Adbrite again, and then the following: poker tournament strategy, poker betting strategy, texas holdem poker strategy. Then the article starts with:
Welcome to our poker tournament strategy, poker betting strategy, texas holdem poker strategy page.
That looks really ugly, and it's going to be a turn off to real people. Take out the keywords at the top, and then reword the beginning of the article:
Here is some strategy when you're playing in poker tournaments. Your betting strategy is a very important factor in Texas Hold'em. I just made that up, I'm sure you want to do that, but differently and better.
Good luck with your site.
Don't forget to remove Adbrite, and replace it with a nice banner to a poker site that works well for you. I have had NO problems with Paradise in the past, they have always paid me on time, and I get lots of signups, so they definitely keep track o fthings for me.
