Here is basic plan most my people use, I will get a couple other things out there soon showing more specifics if people are interested. When it comes right down to it, there is power in numbers, so with this model you are selling something but there is potential to do extreme volume.

Here is how our rake back works:

Once you click the banner and download UB (you must be new customer of UB to participate in this promotion) e-mail us with your new screen name and first name on your account, otherwise you can not be paid.

Weekly we have a $500 added money tournament called “ownthetable” under the special tab. It is a $5 rebuy.

If you contribute at least 750 ultimatepoints a month, you will be entered into the “ownthetable” tournament.

Over 750 UltimatePoints and Under 4,000 UltimatePoints gets you 15% of your rake back and the entry into the “ownthetable” tournament.

Over 4,000 UltimatePoints and Under 22,000 UltimatePoints gets you 20% of your rake back and the entry into the “ownthetable” tournament.

Over 22,000 Ultimatepoints gets you 25% of your rake back monthly.

OK...I'm still very confused as to the structure of your organization...It sounds like a pretty standard rake back plan only with a $500 added tourney. Please elaborate on the specifics.

Ok, first off, I am being asked a lot of questions, almost in antogonistic way "like hey big guy, tell me how you make 160k a month". I am trying to get as much information out there as I can. The fact is, I can get people to the 30% level faster than they can get on there on their own and the $500 added money tourney that is weekly, weekly our players get to go to an added money tournament that we put on. Surely you can see the value of having a regular show of value to your customers in that way. I would love to see that tourney be $2000 added money or $5000 weekly, how much attention or sign ups do you think that would get. It is totally possible.

Also, I don't think my program is like a lot of other rake back programs, seems like everyone giving rakeback at this point seems to be fighting against each other. My people don't. Once people are a part of what we do, I don't think we lose them. While most people if asked would say they would rather 25 over 20, they might actually rather 20 with a lot of personal attention.

The best concepts are quite simple. Let me give yet another example, last night I started IM'ing my people and we had a heads up tourney. Wasn't that many people but everyone had a good time. The customers under my codes feel like they are a part of something. That is a huge plus.

BTW, I don't just do rake back. Clearly if that is not within your business model it might be best to not change. I have a non-rake back site giving free entry's to tourneys, similar to what Party does with PPM.

I don't think anyone's being antagonistic big guy; I think people are curious because they want to make a lot of money too. And I think a lot of people are a little confused and curiouse about what you do. All part of the discussion.

I'd be curious to visit your website though--is that something you'd be willing to share with us?

I don't have a website. My business model in "networking marketing". Getting one person, making them feel like gold and then they send everyone they know. But I give everyone codes. I think UB's tier system allows for 30% at 20k, I do 10k. I don't really do anything more than I have said. I back some people, I do rake back for most people but all people I treat like gold. My understanding with Party and Empire you don't always know who all your players are. Not only do I know who all my players are but I have all of their contact info. When I turn on AIM its like shooting off fireworks. I have gotten to know my people fairly well. Of the numbers I do, really only about 80 people really contribute to the big numbers.

I mean, last year I played 9 WPT events and went to each with my business cards. I get a lot of business networking.

I would be interested in working with people if people are interested. I don't really do much more than what I have said thus far. Though I think so much focus on getting higher in Google misses the point that if you have 5 customers treat them like gold and you will have 25 soon. Give all of those people codes and then you have 25 people working with you. My game is volume.

Beanie,

I think the disconnect that most people are facing when seeing your program bringing in massive #'s is that your business model is drastically different than probably 90%+ of the people reading here. Most of the marketing that has been discussed here prior to you showing up has been entirely focused on building a solid website to recruit players (or sub affiliates); or, failing that, dropping a few business cards in poker books, handing out fliers, etc. Not exactly "networking marketing", to say the least

Now, that being said, I think there are several applications of the success that you've seen with your program, that can be applied to the websites and other marketing that the rest of us are doing - and I definitely appreciate you sharing some of the successes you've had.

Thanks, I definitely think people will benefit from taking an approach that keeps their customers, rather than just get them. Most responses I am getting, people have no idea who their customers are.
