Yes, I did. I informed pokerlistings about this and got this answer:

You should use the php-version however your hosting doesn't seem to
allow the script get information from our site.

This is the message we get "file_get_contents(): URL file-access is
disabled in the server"

i guess you would have to have your server grant access, i would just call them and tell them what pokerlistings wrote you and im sure they can enable it!

you may have to change your permissions in the actual files that you uploaded to 777
