I'm curious as to how everyone is doing promoting Bodog? I really like their marketing material. Has anyone had any major success with them?

a few months ago i turned bo dog down when approached to affiliate for them, they wanted to allow me to offer my players a 10% sign up bonus which i guess is the standard for them, but i did my research and saw that other affiliates were offering a way better incentive then they were going to allow me to offer, which i do understand that affiliates earn the right to better deals but 10% cmon thats rediculous! needless to say i turned them down! well yesterday i wanted to see how there poker site operated so i down loaded it and deposited $200, what a mistake, their software is the worst in the business, there game selection also blows! i really couldnt find one thing about them that would actually keep me coming back! i certainly dont feel they should be picky about who they give the right to bigger incentives to!

this is just something that was on my mind, that i had to vent about!

My earlier post.

P.S. Is this site loading slow tonight or is it just me?

Which sites have more than a 10% deposit bonus?

I actually really like Bodog's software. If you are promoting to cash game players, they are the best site to use, due to the horrid players.

The new picture in picture is really nice for multitabling on Bodog.

Bodog is a great program with great conversions. Even if they only have a 10% bonus, it's a hell of a lot better than some 100% bonus with some bizarre terms that doesn't allow the average player to see any of it. Bodog gives it to you right away to play with... of course, they make you play before you actually cash it out to prevent bonus hounds.

my point was that in the eyes of a poker player looking for a room to play in they are going to want the most for their money and bo dog doesnt provide that. i used to be one of those players who would surf the net looking for a poker site that offered me the best sign up bonus and 10% doesnt cut it! mayb their sportsbetting but not in the poker world. and sure its an instant bonus where you get the money upfront to play with but at 10% to get anything worth wild you would have to deposit $1000! pacific is also instant and they offer 25%.

Yup, Pacific is even better. I like Bodog but you can't please them all... Oh yeah - you'll HATE their affiliate program. :P
