What exactly does this mean? I'd think it's a sign that they are getting desparate by trying to get it attatched to another bill.
These politicians know there is another pending bill. Are the ones that are in favor of the bill trying to pull a fast one here? I think they know there's going to be a lot of people opposing this bill and they want to get it voted on before lobbyists can contact their representatives.
