Free press release submission

Quite a while ago, someone posted an extensive list of places where you can submit free press releases, or articles. I did a search, but I can't seem to find the post. Does anyone know of any of these places?

Thanks for the great resource. I've tried a few press releases, but would like to give it more attention. That list certainly gives me a few places to start!
