I live in Canada and 55% of my site visitors are Canadian so I am always looking for new poker rooms targeted toward Canadian players. From Jeremy's recommendation I decided to check out PokerInCanada.com.

The only thing I see uniquely Canadian about the site is the domain name and a few Canadian flags here and there.

I see there are a few Canucks playing there..... but mostly Americans and Europeans.


In my opinion a poker room like PokerInCanada.com needs promotions that will appeal specifically to us Canadian players.

How about satellites for the Canadian Poker Tour events?

Satellites to the Canadian Poker Championships at the River Rock Casino next fall?

Gift certificates for Chapters so we can buy the latest poker books or a years free coffee at Tim Hortons? Even Canadian Tire money. lol

Every poker site in the world has promos to the WSOP and trips to Las Vegas.

How about trips to Canadian casinos and poker rooms, or even ski trips to Whistler?

These prizes would be cheaper monetarily for PokerInCanada.com and would attract Canadian players in droves.

If they offered prizes like that I'd start playing there myself.

I just don't get it, and I am hesitant to promote a low traffic poker room with very little creative marketing vision.

Tip for PokerInCanada.com....... hire some Canadians to run your promotions.

I don't mean to knock your program and I will still sign up as an affiliate.... but..... some simple changes to your promotions could turn PokerInCanada.com into THE place to play online for tens of thousands of Canadian poker fans.

Hi Bryan,
This is an exclusive deal and won't show anywhere else. when you sign up you will be tagged as coming from PAW. An internal process will make the credit to you. If you look at your profile, it will show Poker Affiliate World at the bottom under the payout amount.
