Planning on doing weekly freerolls

Hey,
I am trying to plan out weekly freerolls with prizes from $100+ for my forum members.

I have my first few organised and ready to go with the room apart from the date.

I am a bit worried about not having enough players, can anyone give me tips on how to ensure I have enough people at the first?
I haven't run freerolls for a site and I don't think it will be a major problem since it is a freeroll, but I still want to be sure

I am having a minimum of 20 posts in the forum to be included for the freeroll, I don't think this is much to ask, anyone disagree or have a better suggestion?
