PartyPoker contact
I'm desperately looking for someone to contact at Party Poker.
A friend of mine, a true high stakes player would be looking for rakeback on Party, and I would be the affiliate providing it. Now, his account already exists and he should be put under me. I know some rooms that allow this. Who should I contact in Party Poker and how? Jeremy and I already talked a little bit about this, he said that affiliate managers maybe wouldn't be up for it so I should contact some VIP people there, any ideas?
Thanks

You're kidding, right?
If not, you aren't going to be allowed to steal someone else's player, and Party doesn't have rakeback.
I'd suggest you read the terms and conditions of any cardrooms you want to affiliate with.

I was under the impression he was already under your tracker. You cannot give rakeback as an affiliate under any circumstance, but the VIP dept. may be able to give VIP perks or whatever it is they do for the high limit players.
Nonetheless if he already has an account and is not under your tracker, they should not move it, especially if he is signed up under another affiliate.
You may want to look at bringing this player to another room besides Party if you want to be able to service his account.

No I'm not kidding.
He's not playing under anyone else, and he would himself of course tell the guys on Party Poker that this is what he wants to do.
I'm not really sure if it's good to do a topic like this, but the deal is, I've heard that it's possible, just don't know who to contact.

At the risk of stating the obvious here...
You have stated that you wish to blatantly violate several specific terms that Party sets forth for affiliates...
A. you want to convert a current player
and
B. you want to provide rakeback to that player...
Oh, and you have recruited( or tried at least) Jeremy and the rest of us here to help you do this?
And dont forget, you want party to help...
wtf?
I think jeremy suggested the VIP people as an alternative avenue be careful rakeback and party.

You "heard" some nitwit talking nitwit talk.
If you approached Party with this idea, hopefully they would immediately close your account.
Also, you have no idea if a player is tracked under another affiliate, and neither does a player. You need to read the terms of Party or other cardrooms because what you are suggesting is total sleaze in a place where there is a good chance that you would be ripping off a member.

Ok, seems like my info has been wrong all the way from the beginning of the case.
The current player will not play there if he doesn't receive the rakeback, but seems like there's nothing I can do about it then.
I'm sorry if someone hurt their feelings cause of this. Someone just misinformed me about that Party would give rakeback on special deals. Seems like this have been all wrong info. Didn't think it enough close, like PPP mentioned that player could as well be without knowing under another affiliate etc.
Once again, sorry. This thread can be closed then.

As someone mentioned, the player can get VIP payments or comps or treats. No rakeback tho.
