Which new Rakeback review sites to advertise on

Like 2-3 times a month I get e-mails from new rakeback review sites that want me to advertise there. I really don't know how to pick which ones are good and which ones aren't.

I just got an e-mail from http://www.rakerebateguide.com/

The e-mail was in semi broken english (not like the guy was dumb, just like he was foreign, but cmon man, use grammer check or something).

I also recently got offers from rakeback-world.com and rakereport.net. I tried advertising at both.

I guess I seem like a bit of a noob, but aside from common sense, are there good ways to predict if these sites are worth the money without spending too much to find out?

I mean this in the most honest and least offensive way possible, but I would have a moral problem with that.

I have to agree with Mark here. I like RRR for all new sites. I also think there are a lot of people out there who spend a long time trying to SEO "rakeback" terms for the wrong keywords. Think simple...what would you serach for if you didnt know the term rakeback but wanted a "comp plan"
