Saving files

Do you guys use CD's to save all your files or do you use somethin like a flash drive?

I use another hard drive on an older computer, "my backup computer" I have my computers networked so it is very easy to move files over to the backup.

I use an external stand alone USB hardrive, probablly going to pick up a larger firewire version soon.

Yea external hard drive. CD's take too long and it's harder to backup just a few changed files.
