Dedicated Web Hosting

Any recommendations for who to use for dedicated web hosting? I know people on here have recommended HostGator in the past but as far as I can tell they only offer Linux servers and we need to be running on windows box (ASP site).

Right now I'm on GoDaddy shared hosting and things are starting to get strained so I'm looking to moved up to a dedicated server and wanted to see if there are better options then sticking with GoDaddy.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If you can manage the server yourself, servermatrix.com is a good option.
