How To make an Ebook?

Hey guys and gals,

I have decided to team up with chern900 a very new member here on a project (the kid is full of ideas). Basically I am just wondering does anybody know how to create an ebook and how difficult and are artistic skills required? Please let me know anything you know about creating an ebook.

Ebook Gold is pretty good software and also has some nice security features built in.
