Doyle's Room Offering Rakeback

I recently received a newsletter from a certain affiliate website (not that I ever remember singing up for) trying to tell you to "Make Money Playing Online Poker!" and offering a 27% rakeback from Doyle's Room. Please tell me this is reportable? As far as I knew, they forbid anything to do with rakeback.

Doyles Room started to make a push with rakeback but the network shut them off. Accounts that were already set up to recieve rakeback still get it.
I used to get spammed quite a bit from Doyles Room asking me to add them to the rakeback section.

I have recieved solicitations for their affiliate managers before, wanting me to recruit rakeback players for them.
