Default I think i did something really stupid
I made a website called ftplayers.com and after i built the site i tryed to go to it by typing in ftplayers.com...i came to some weird login screen...when i types www.ftplayers.com it worked....is this because the 1st 3 letters are ftp?.....god im a rookie

Yeah I got it too. It's an amazing thing.

I guess you did screw up because without the www it tries to load xftp://ftplayers.com

Maybe you can avoid the problem by 301 redirecting ftplayers.com to www.ftplayers.com. Seems like that would work, and something everybody should do with every site, but I don't know what would happen.
