Default Full Tilt - Players Fees

Can someone refresh my memory on what the hell "Player Added", & "Players Fees" are, I know the rest but will list them in case others don't:
  • Player Rake = Rake Paid in Live Games
  • Player Juice = Tournament Entry Fees Paid
  • Player Bonus = Amount of Deposit, Reload or other Bonus
  • Player Added = ?????????
  • Used Points = Value of Points used for freerolls or merchandise
  • Player Fees = ??????????? (Banking fees maybe ???)
  • Fraud = Chargebacks or fraudulent purchases, cheaters
  • Revenue = Total Net Revenue after all deductions, this is the amount you are paid your % on.
Thanks,
Jason

Player added is if your player wins cash from a freeroll or money added tourney (ie, the IronMan freerolls). Yes, you read right, if Full Tilt decides to run a freeroll, you as an affiliate gets to fund any player winnings if they're on your tracker

The other is just deposit fees.

oh its better than that. Let's say you have a baller and that baller does an insta cash that costs 5k, you get hit for that 5k. If the player deposits and withdraws a lot you are essentially paying FTP for the priviledge of sending them players.

These are not common in the industry.

Baller???? Big league? I deposit & withdraw daily because I dont trust myself. So what u are saying is u get hit with transaction fees at times even when the player plays a few hands then pulls out, hence losing out?
