Ouch I broke my foot!

So I was out for a short 3 mile run this morning and slipped on the ice resulting in a broken bone in my foot.

Not sure what this means for PIX in Costa Rica later this week as my foot is swollen, black and blue, and I am supposed to get it re-evaluated once the swelling goes down in a day or so...Not too mention it hurts like a mother******

Hence one more reason not to live where there is snow and ice. Seriously if I do make it to PIX I may not return to the Midwest until spring. Also any incomprehendable posts in the next few days will certainly be fueled by mass doses of vicodin...........

Hope the foot feels better, should be an interesting week of Jeremy posts. Most will have porn in them...thats guranteed

That sucks man. Two things:

1. If you run out of vicodin, hit me up. I've still got some left over from my sinus surgery last month

2. Milk the downtime by making your wife do EVERYTHING for you. I damn sure made the most of my week long recovery

For pain killing I highly recommend vicodin and champagne with guava juice.
I broke my foot hiking in Maui a few years back, and that really did the trick.
