Default Pokerroom Stats Inaccurate (MGR)

My pokerroom stats are way off. I am on MGR and am 100% positive that they are not even close to accurate. I know Pokerroom previously acknowledged to having issues with CPA trackers however I know something is wrong with my MGR trackers.

I have actually recently been downgraded from a Platinum affiliate to a Silver affiliate on Pokerroom because my MGR has decreased considerably. (Inaccurate Stats certainly aren't helping).

I have suspected for the past couple months that there have been issues but wasn't certain until a couple days ago. I have 1 player on one of my trackers who plays $25-$50 and he has been playing quite a bit lately (I know because he is finishing in the Top 50 Daily in player points) and I can see him on their Top List. My MGR tracker is going up about $5 daily for him now. This same tracker used to generate $500-$1000 in rake over a 2 week period. I suspected that the player wasn't playing but given that he is finishing on the Top Lists, I know he is playing and I know the rake is not even close to equating.

Is anybody else having issues with MGR on Pokerroom lately? If they deny this I will have to create a new tracker and log every hand number and manually calculate the rake to prove that it is off. I wouldn't post this if I wasn't positive.

Cheers!!!

Nick

Correction. I was downgraded from a Gold affiliate to a Silver affiliate on Pokerroom. Platinum is where I am trying to get.

Cheers!!!

My MGR has dropped about 70% from last month. If this doesn't change, I'll definately promote them less. The drop occurred after they had their little backend stats problems.

I've felt they have been messing with the numbers for some time now. Every time PokerRoom does a system upgrade or maintenance, my numbers seem to drop off dramatically taht next pay period.

70% off does not suprise me. I've quit trying to get them to look into the matter - I just get the same old response.

What used to be a $1200+ MGR two week pay period for me is now down to $100.

I wonder if there is anyway legal way to have their books audited?

Ya, there was never any stipulation presented about downgrades that I am aware of. Carly, can you please direct us to where it states we will be DOWNGRADED? It just seems unfair to earn it and then lose it like that.

Why promote them less? Why not just stop promoting them?

Hi,

I am so sorry that these problems continue to crop us. I am trying as hard as I can to ensure that everything is tested and that there are NO earnings for affiliates being lost.

If you would like to PM me with your specific concerns I can get our Developement Team to look into your account specifically.

There are a few reasons for these recent problems:

The payout period which should usually have covered 2006-12-01 to 2006-12-16 spanned from 2006-12-04 to 2006-12-16 and not from the 2006-12-01. The payout mail sent includes the current earnings for the sub trackers contained within the period since the last payout date.

This was due to a redesign on the site that was carried out. The payout period for November 16 – December 1 was actually until December 4, which in turn meant that the payout period following this was four days less.
Also, player points were not updating on PokerRoom.com for a 10 day period. This meant that any CPA earnings were not showing up as the requirements were not registered as being met. However, this has now been resolved so that on the payout period for January 1, all CPA players which had met the 100 player points requirement during that period were retroactively paid out.
As for MGR payouts, I have asked numerous times for the developers to look into this.
They are performing tests to confirm that the value of the payout has nothing to do with the affiliate system itself nor the data supplied by the Ongame network. Their conclusions have been that the affiliates have got the correct payout amounts and the affiliate system itself is behaving as expected. But please let me know your affiliate id and the exact nature of the decrease so I can get this further looked into!

As for getting downgraded levels, I want this to be removed from the system altogether, and hope to have this done. In the meantime, you can always notify me if you are downgraded and I will make sure you are upgraded.

Currently there are certain targets that you need to meet in order to stay at the level you are in. Note that you only have to not have recruited this amount of players/earn this much revenue for two consecutive payout periods to get a warning, and then it will be another two payout periods if you do not reach these numbers that you will be downgraded.

Again, thank you for all keeping me updated on this, and I will help you all in everyway I can.

Thanks,
Carly
