Hmmmm......In reality the domain name is not as important as you may think. What is important though is that the domain is "brandable" and people will remember it or bookmark it.
For example, BonusBoards could be very brandable where as EmptyTilt.com would be much more difficult.
Also if you're talking about loading a ton of content on a site, you should consider which domains have been registered and "in the system" longer. It would certainly be better to take a domain name that was registered 3 years ago than a domain that was just registered last month. From my understanding and experience, google favors older domains and it is much easier to climb in the serps with a domain that was registered 5 years ago versus 1 year ago.
Also I realize that the actual domain name holds some strength in the SE's, but more important is the quality backlinks and anchor text you have coming into well optimized pages. Whether the links are internal or external, the anchor text is important.
