Got through to live chat at neteller...

The live chat button(s) have not been appearing for me. Not sure if anyone else was having that issue or not.
I happened to go through and manually clear out a bunch of cookies(firefox)...including anything neteller related and something called ion.server.chat or similar.
Irestarted and the chat button appears. If i login to neteller and check my account, that chat buttons are unavailable the next time i login.

From the login page without having logged in yet, i initiated a chat with just my first name and "language" no account number and it took all of about 30 seconds for a CS rep to enter the chat. She didnt provide much information except for an email address i hadnt seen before. I have already sent off and email and wil post back any pertinant information.
If anyone else wants to try that email, it might be interesting to see what they say.

Yeah, I've gotten that compliance@neteller.com email address given to me as well. I've written it 3 times already in the last week and received no replies back from that address. I did get a formletter sent to me from the service department, but of course it didnt actually address ANY of the questions that I had written in the email.
