Default former Pokes affiliates - group formed

Hello,

I'm sending this message in the hope of reaching former Pokes Poker affiliates whose players may still be owed money. A group of players is coordinating an effort to recover the funds here:
http://groups.google.com/group/pokesplayers

If you have Pokes players owed money we hope you will inform them of our effort and invite them to join. Also, you yourself are welcome to join as an affiliate interested in helping us settle this matter in a way that is positive for the online poker business.

Thanks for your help,
Toad

Most Poker Sites dont show live stats.
Most dont show you who signed up under you.

That is open to (severe) abuse.

Tell me what you want to do about that.

I had european players who dropped off the scale when the new bill came in. I can have it adjusted when I forward specific names. Pity I dont have a cookie collecting these names. That is for the specific site to withhold from me.

Casino Partners screwed me for money. Do you fancy trying them? The accounts have also been ammended.

Dont get me wrong, I liked casino partners. I got lots of downloads. Just no signups

I would like some of the mods input on this, due to the fact that they see things from both sides. Ive had players from the UK to set up accounts to play when days were quiet. Days like 4 hour downtimes that lasted 24 hours. Commission goes missing. US bill? European players on your books go missing

This is for PokesPoker.com
They were part of futurebet and millions in withdrawal requests were never paid.
I know one person who had high 5 figured in there and then a few of my players with mid 4 figure banks.
This has been going on for a while now, Pokes blames futurebet - futurebet blames pokes.

Is the point that you are making that you are getting cheated out of commissions because you have no way of actually tracking who specifically signed up using your links?

And you are saying that when you can prove that specific names came from your site - then they have adjusted your payments, but otherwise you are just shit out of luck?

I note that many companies seem to demand that you *NOT* have your players email addresses or contact them individually.

This seems absurd to me if you are marketing to a newsletter list or other mailing list.

If I have summarized your complain accurately, then it seems that it would be valuable to ask anyone who signs up under you to take a screen shot of their deposit and forward it to you for a "bonus."

Of course, then that would violate some of th TOCs that demand that you not offer people any incentive for signing up....what a bunch of bullshit when you see pokersourceonline offering people huge free bankrolls and ongoing cash/points for trying all the rest of the rooms they are promoting.

And somehow PSO is able to have access to your account so that they know when you have completed the signup and then put your money in it, and they are able to verify when you have made the playing requirements.

I guess what I am saying is there seems to be some hypocrisy and double standards in the application of "the rules" and PSO seems a lot better equipped to protect themselves from "vanishing" real money players.

Yes I will say specifically, that Casino Partners ripped me off. A non payment for $500 was the proof. As for the the tracking aspect I am very weary due to irregularities & the fact that they did not honor a payment.
