In order for
UltimateBet to remain in the U.S. market and continue to make money together with our affiliates, we have amended the calculation of Net Revenue to account for processing fees and related costs incurred by your U.S. players.
Calculation of Net Revenue for U.S. players has been amended as follows:
Net revenue is calculated by taking the Gross Revenue that your players generate and making the following deductions:
- Merchant processing fees (for U.S. players)
- Charge backs
- Processor default
- Bonus Dollars redeemed
- Any other agreed-upon deductions
The resulting Net Revenue amount which you see on your reports is used to calculate your commission.
Net revenue calculation remains unchanged for all NON-U.S. players.

UltimateBet than any of our competitors. This means higher customer-lifetime values which means greater revenue and commissions for you!
PLEASE NOTE: Your NON-U.S. traffic will not be included in these changes. This is ONLY for U.S. traffic.
