Problems with Pacific Poker's tracking system

I'm curious if anyone else here is having issues with Pacific Poker's tracking system. They had some big issues a few months ago when they left Commission Junction so I kinda laid back and let them sort those out before I came back. Keep in mind that I was generating about 5K a month in CPA's with them prior to the screw up with their reporting on CJ.com.

I pulled my banners in the meantime and just recently put their banners back up on five of my current sites. Now here's the wierd part:

I'm getting virtually NO ACTIVITY reported on Pacific Poker. I get nothing from the CD"s that I distribute, the business cards I distribute, and NOTHING from the banners. This is odd for a number of reasons but the most glaring is this-

The quick stats for the OTHER banners I have listed ON THE SAME PAGE as PACIFIC are as follows:

1. Ultimate Bet 1,308 impressions, 33 click thrus, 9 accounts, 2 RMP's

2. Full Tilt, I'll keep these secret but they are similar to UB

3. Absolute Poker, 1571 impressions, 14 click throughs, 3 accounts, no RMP's

These numbers are just the last 7 days FYI. As a test I signed up for Pacific from a friends CPU and set up a demo account. I'm not even getting credit for the DEMO ACCOUNT!! The links are set up properly, I've double and triple checked that.

I've emailed them and I"m awaiting a response but I was curious if anyone else is having or has had issues with them in past and what the resolution was.

Out of curiosity,how do you track impressions, and click thrus?

This is very weird - are you sure that you have used the right tracking, and the CDs are yours? Have you tested it? - mistakes can always happen...

I know they are competitors, but their tracking hasn't changed since moving over from Befree to their internal software (to the best of my knowledge) - so there shoudln't be a change in results for you.

I had my best month with pacific last month. Double the # of Rmp from any other month, so either there is no tracking problem, or I got credit fro your sign ups :lol:

Well I had someone that I "know" for sure that signed up under my tracker for UB and their nick didn't show up until 5 days later--Way past ub's 72 hour window. I shot an email off 3 days afterward, and low and behold the player tracked on the 5th day with no response from UB.

I'm not saying anything was fishy, just that you gotta stay on top of things, and its not a bad idea to do some random testing every once in awhile to make sure things are running correctly.

Maybe you can try the same thing with Pac.
