Poker Rooms that supply exe files

I was wondering if anyone knew of which poker rooms provide affiliates with exe files other than Party?

Are you talking about a direct download for a poker room? If so, Sunpoker.com provides this for affiliates.

I want more than a direct download. I want to be able to download the software so I can create my own promotion CD's to hand out that link back to my account.
