You will be solely responsible for the content and manner of your marketing activities. All marketing activities must be professional, proper and lawful under applicable rules or laws. You represent and warrant that you will not place Banners or Text Links to us on any website, or use any media or medium, which is libelous, discriminatory, obscene, unlawful or otherwise unsuitable or which contains sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene or graphically violent materials. You will not actively target your marketing to any persons who are less than 18 years of age, regardless of the age of majority in the location you are marketing. Under no circumstances will you send Spam that in anyway refers users to us. Moreover all email marketing will be conducted in compliance with Section 3.11 below.

Sure, I understand that you cannot have banners or affiliate links on a porn site - I can understand that they don't want to associate their brand with a porn site.
But what if the porn site contains a link to a poker page (link might say "poker club - $25 free").
And then the poker page contains banners and affiliate links.
Is this allowed?
It's the bit where it says "use any media or medium" that seems really vague to me.
Does anyone know?
Take for example a case where someone links to you even, that is out of your control!
