Converting Joomla to HTML/CSS and chaning link names..

Ok, im pretty sick with my joomla at the moment, it loads slowly and i don't think it is that good for SEO even with the plugins i have installed.

I am getting the psd recoded in valid css/xhtml, and am going to use a template in dreamweaver.

If i changed the link names from xwww.domainname.com/inducing-a-bluff.html to xwww.domainname.com/poker-strategy/inducing-a-bluff.html

Would it be seen as copied content, If i took the original page down?

not as long as you do a 301 redirect from the old page to the new page.

Just add this to your .htaccess file

Redirect 301 /inducing-a-bluff.html http://www.domainname.com/poker-stra...g-a-bluff.html
