Site Indexing

OK i dont know if this is black hat or frowned upon whatever so dont start killing me off if it is because im NOT actually doing this but...

If you start a new site, the quickest way to get the site indexed in google is to have a link from maybe a PR5-6+ site...

I was wondering if i had an established site called establishedsite.com which had links coming to it from all angles with a few PR5 and PR6 links etc would it be possible to get the new site newsite.com indexed in 24-48 hours if you use a 'temp redirect' from establishedsite.com to newsite.com to get it indexed and then change the re-direct back to normal?!

This just popped into my head and i didnt know whether it would work or not...

I think a good link from a pr6 site will get the new site indexed within 48 hours so you might not need the redirect. Google will only index so many pages at once but you should atleast get the home page indexed within that time frame with a few good links.

no but i mean instead of paying $x amount for a PR6 link to the new site, can you just use an existing link?!

to be honest, it seems too much of an easy thing to do and google aren't stupid so im guessing not and if it is then im guessing it'l be under the blackhat SEO section in some way or another...
