Neteller - doubts, concerns

Hello!

I have been trying to get support from neteller without success in the past 14 days. I need to know the taxes for inter-account transfers and to transfers to poker rooms.

Can someone help me with that?

It's the first time I have trouble contacting them, should I be concerned? Do you think that neteller is doing ok? Should we worry that they may close doors, or the funds be contested?

In other words, do you think neteller is in an upstream or downstream right now?

I think Neteller is ok. The support has been much slower after they had to withdraw the Neteller debit card, but i am sure this will be better with time.

I am pretty sure that inter account transfer has a 1,9% fee. So for a $100 transfer there will be added a $1,90 fee.

I just got an email some days ago that my new debit card is on its way, so it looks like they will be in the market for a while.

if they weren't going to be around for the long haul, they would not have paid US players. they are a public company, your money is perfectly safe.
