Default Can PAW or someone help with the Full Tilt issue?

Hi,

Im not sure if you all know the situation with USA players trying to request a bank transfer through Full Tilt. But im not sure where to turn to. I am hearing 10 different stories from all over.

I tried cashing out my PAW affiliate money that was deposited into my Full Tilt account. This was on april 13th and I still do not have my money. From my understanding no US players are able to withdraw money from Full Tilt via bank transfer. I would gladly request a check if they would just put my money back into my account.

Is there anyway that someone at PAW or PAP could contact Full Tilt to get a straight answer. Alot of people are worried that Full Tilt will never give us our money since it has already been a month.

I have received about 4 emails from Full Tilt stating the money will be in my account by May 5th, then May 12th, then May 15th and now they are saying by May 23rd. I want to believe Full Tilt but with my experience from Poker over the past 5 years I have learned not to trust any of these large companies after they start telling lies. Something is not right here.

Can anyone help us out with this problem?

Recommend the players play somewhere else and keep your fingers crossed that they pay. Also, post your experience on all the big forums... I am sure that will get your money in your account faster.

Hi sonic23,

Unfortunately, we can't influence how the rooms decide when, or if they will process the payments. Once the payments are sent through your requested method, it is out of our control.

I'd suggest using an alternative option next time when requesting for a cash out.
