ubrake.cxx is the site..... I think the ADHD makes it hard to convey my thoughts, sorry...
I do get traffic, I understand that. What I am saying is that many days I just do not show up on stats and I can see that Alexa runs hand in hand in this. Meaning if I go thru several days in a row with zeros, alexa will drop me from like 1 mill to 7 mill. These zeros are not real. There is no way to average over 200 a day then the next day go to zero. . All I want to make sure is that for what ever reason this is happeneing, is there anyway it is effecting my serps with google. It is not just the stats or it would not effect alexa so much. It is like my site just is not online to the stats and alexa at times. With my very limited knowledge, my only guess is something to do with my server, host. This month is the worst it has been yet. But he is ranking for terms that people search for and should be getting traffic, a decent amount for where he is on different terms

I would try using a different stats tracker for a month or so and test them out. I know I had issues with google analytics over a period of time on multiple sites and it wasn't just me. I ended up using a few different things, and when the numbers weren't matching up I dropped it for a while.

You can use this program which is free but doesnt give you any major data..it just provides you with the keywords people are coming in on your site and its in real time so why not http://www.hittail.com

Hittail does great however its not compeltly accurate either, meaning it doesnt count all of the hits but at least lets you know you are getting traffic

Woopra is good, although I have stopped using it for the time being. I can't handle the bugs, lags and being booted so until the kinks are worked out I am just sticking to google right now.

On a side note, I was reading a few things from some blogs and apprantly these Woopra people have spent millions on this software..so a question out there is why? It is free, no ads no sponsors - so now some people are wondering it's possible that they are collecting the data to sell to someone else.

Oh and pay no attn to alexa..I think its useless.

Kaus, how long ago was it you were using Google Analytics? Like most things yahoo does its has come a long way. Its been almost forever since there were any delays in reports and its really comprehensive with so many details.
I'll admit I haven't looked much further on stats programs because there is nothing else i could think of I'd like to know that google analytics doesn't provide.

hmmm it would probably be around May of this year when I sold two sites. Thankfully I had three programs running to back up my traffic.

I am using it now..although its a completly new account and am happy with it. The traffic matched woopra so I am not as concerned. I do like the new features they have come out with since I last used it.

Funny thing is though I am not the only one who had problems at that time. When I was selling those two sites, two other people said the same thing to me regarding their traffic and they were using a second program to compare against google.
