Last one was October if I remember right and they generally pop up every three months or so, but as others have said, there's no hard and fast schedule.

It's really sad how much webmasters pay attention to this crap. I'm not just talking buying and selling but trading. I still really couldn't care less about this and if they are going to get hung up on my PR well that's their problem. I refuse to buy links to jack this up though and focus on what really matters which is climbing the SERPs and the two aren't really related.
