Default Kentucky = FAIL - Ruling went AGAINST their attempted seizure of 141 domains!

Hope the individuals responsible for attempting the seizure grow some tails and put them between their legs. Don't know about you all but we in the domain industry are THRILLED to hear this.

The original decision was a perfect example of how lower court judges start with the decision they want and then construct their legal reasoning to fit it. I'm going to show restraint and refrain from discussing legal matters on here since I end up getting ganged up on (LOL) but suffice to say that there are situations where legislative intent can be used but you have to back it up a whole lot more than this. The disturbing thing here is that the court left the door way open to a new statute directed toward it. So the game ain't necessarily over yet.

this is good news... I'd say a third victory this week was that "Legalize Online Poker" made it in the top 10 issues on change.gov and so right now Obama may very well be reading that it's something the people want to see changed.
