Google and languages

We all heard about BMW and google. seo experts on other forums are reporting that google are changing their algo and tonns of stuff regarding european sites.
I am in the UK so part of europe, my site is all of a sudden getting lots of google.de (German Google ) hits , its good I guess any hit is good, however look at the search results ....
viewers can view this page in german and automatically my whole site in german, I do not speak german... I am thinking of support requests, I guess I can cut and paste in to a translator ect .
Maybe this shows google becoming multilingual?
