Any rooms offering free 5 bucks, etc?

I've got a small promotion I'm planning on doing and ideally would link up with some smallish room offering 5 or 10 bucks just for signing up. Are there any rooms out there offering that on a decent MGR plan? I"ve never paid much attention to the 2nd and 3rd tier rooms so any feedback is appreciated.

Of the programs listed, I don't see any offer about the free 5-10 bucks on the homepage. Anyone that's working with them, can you tell me how it works? I'll sign up as a sub under anyone wanting to intro me to the affiliate manager so I can get something good cooking

The crazy poker home page has a $10 bonus for downloading and $40 deposit bonus. Above where it says free download. They also have banners and text links advertising still I just checked. The affiliate site is Vegas Partners.

Royal Vegas and Poker Time both stopped the free $10 offer.

PitbullPoker also offers free $10.

It's a pain in the ass to manage but I did a promotion a few months ago with a room that allows you to do $5 or $10 inter account transfers. I simply challenged my prospects to a contest to see who could build $5 into the largest bankroll. The key was to start at the micro-tables and go up.

Of course most people busted, but the key was that it brought in tons of new sign-ups and gave people a taste of real money play.
