Guy at Merrill Lynch says it is an FCC regulation that American companies can not trade non-US IPOs for forty days after they go public. So it seems finding someone who says they will trade on the London Exchange isn't asking a specific enough question. Pink sheets do appear to be an option but I guess we can't know if it will be traded on the pink sheets until that day it becomes available.

It sounds like June 27th is going to be the day that they go public and Mr. Dikshit becomes a multi-billionaire. I think it's going to be tough for any of us to get in on the IPO if were in the states.

Im getting in on this for sure, my stock broker was going to inform me on some gambling stocks he reccomends. At 2 bucks a share for the party ipo, is this a joke or are they serious? Sporting bet went for $100 and jumped to what 250-300 what makes them different Party? Look what happend to google I expect the same thing witht the party IPO. Anyways I will let you guys know if I can purchase it from my stockbroker, He never said he cant, and I will forward you to him.

Sportingbet was 100p, not dollars.

Empire opened at 190p. The IPO folks got in at 175p.
